Pankaja Srinivasan has been a journalist since 1985. She has worked at the Indian Express, The Hindu, India Today, Newstime, Eve’s Weekly, and the rural media platform, Gaon Connection. She has also contributed articles to the Deccan Chronicle.
For Pankaja , food has been a source of enduring interest and she has written extensively about chefs, regional food traditions, and eating experiences off the beaten track.
